We cut the ribbon to celebrate the opening of Panda TCG/Cafe Con Leche inside Orange Park Mall. Two fun stores in one, Panda TCG hosts weekly Pokémon leagues on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. and on Sundays at NOON. Pokémon fans can enjoy their favorite coffee, matcha, or drink inside the store's Café con Leche, while networking with the local trading card community. We are excited to support this new locally owned, family business. The coffee is delicious, too. Thank you to our ribbon cutting post sponsor, Community First Credit Union of Florida. 📷 by Joseph Lorentzson

Nothing cheesy about last night's Mac & Cheese Bake Off! The friendly competition between our chefs and members raised more than $1000 for our member, Pace Center for Girls, Clay. Chef Sheena (The Rolling Stoves), and her husband, Rich took home to the title of Clay County's Best and Mac and Cheese. Chef Kevin Ashworth, owner of Ashworth Designs and his wife, Lisa Ashworth, Community First Credit Union of Florida, won crowd favorite Mac & Cheese.

To everyone who attended and donated, you made the event a huge success. We had the best time overeating with you all and bringing the macaroni necklace back in style ( for the night 😉)

Thank you to our members who entered: Dovetail Permit Services, A+ Environmental Solutions, Kindred Hospital North Florida, Garrison General Contracting, Gator Bait Sports Bar and Grill, Clay County Professional Firefighter Charities LLC. Thank you to the chefs from Anthony's Gourmet Catering, The Club Continental, Event Divas and R & R Elite Catering for donating their time, staff and talents for this fun community building event. Our judges: Randy Bowman, GM Orange Park Mall; Jason Gill, Kingsley Chiropractic; Geraldine Hartin, Hartin & Hamilton, P.A.; Clay County Clerk of Court and Comptroller - Tara S. Green and Brad Satcher had a tough job. We are grateful to The Hilltop Restaurant for hosting this fun event.
We can't wait to see what our chefs will come up with next. Cheers!
