Our Fund Development Director, Ashley, and Payroll Specialist, Abby, had the opportunity to spend last Wednesday at AF Group sharing the mission and impact of Highfields with their employees. We had a wonderful time connecting with their team and topped off the day by enjoying the food truck rally! 😀

Thank you to the community organizations who joined AF Group's Nonprofit Fair at our Lansing, Michigan, headquarters last week! Our teammates made connections, learned more about how these groups are making an impact in the community and found out how to get involved.

We were honored to join the Jackson Community Foundation Young Professionals Group to discuss the emergency needs facing individuals and families across Jackson County. Our Director of Fund Development, Ashley Crosser, shared how community support helps meet critical client needs, while Leanne, Community Relations Manager for Sleep in Heavenly Peace, highlighted their important work in our community.

We are grateful to have been selected as one of two finalists for a grant from this dedicated group and appreciate their commitment to making a difference in Jackson County.

Consider joining the Out of the Darkness Lansing / Capital Area Walk on September 19th to directly support research, advocacy efforts, and educational programs in schools, workplaces, and communities across Michigan.
