I don’t have anything clever to say. Sometimes last minute donations just deserve a special sneak peek.

One good thing that came from the battle we’ve been fighting for the last 4 1/2 years is the new friends we made along the way. Four years ago we took Jimmy to Las Vegas. The highlight for him was the Tournament of Kings show at Excalibur. I never would have guessed four years later we would consider two of the knights that made that evening extra special for Jimmy great friends.

Our friend, Sergio Keko Aguirre was able to commission this amazing painting. The artist, Maravy is very talented. I suggest you look up her work to see exactly what I’m talking about (see information page attached). This piece is especially important when you look at the meaning/ inspiration behind it:

“This work is a tribute to children facing cancer: small bodies fighting great battles, whose bravery, though silent, has the power to illuminate even the darkest spaces.”
