In 2026 so far, Brandt House has helped a total of 176 adults and 262 kids!
This is not possible without our generous supporters. Thank you!
In July alone, we’ve assisted 27 adults with 44 kids. Some of the ways include: -purchase of a lap top computer for teen - 1st in her family to attend college
-Provide mortgage mentoring and assistance
-rent assistance
-utility help
-vehicle repair to get to work, car insurance
-relocate a family to a new apartment

We follow these families with mentoring, while showing respect and kindness along the way. Thank you for being part of making things just a little better for our families in need.

Another family now has a home! A mom, struggling with health issues and disability, a young adult son with autism and two teenage girls finally have an apartment to call home. We received help from some very giving people, including the apartment complex managers, to help furnish and make it feel like home. As the relationship continues we will need much more financial support to get this family on track. We will continue mentoring with financial education and budgeting.

So much work ahead for this family!

My Dad is in Florida trying to assist a family relocate to Nebraska. The girls are 16 and 18 and their brother is 20, but he is non-verbal Autistic. The mom recently had her foot amputated and is back in the hospital. She is to be released soon. Brandt House hopes to transport them after Mom regains enough strength for the trip. She has a great attitude! Easy to support this young lady!

Last Chemo treatment!
This young lady was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer late last year. She has had chemo treatments, surgery, and more chemo. Brandt House assisted her financially at times and provided emotional support throughout. She is so thankful and appreciative of all your support. When I asked her permission to post her picture she agreed and said “Tell your donors I appreciate them so, so much. God bless them for their kindness.” This picture is her after her final round of chemo.

Brandt House assisted this young woman, and her son get into an apartment recently. She had the deposit but not the 1st month’s rent. We paid it for her. This week she called again, not asking for more assistance but to repay us. She wants to pay it forward to help others. Now we are meeting to discuss improving her credit score to eventually qualify for a 1st time home buyer loan.
