🍄 Mushroom Monday! 🍄

A big thank you to Luke Sarrantonio of Mycophilic and to everyone who joined us for our Mushroom Ecology Hikes on Sunday, May 31! It was a wonderful day of exploring Ashokan's trails, learning about the fascinating world of fungi, and connecting with nature and one another.

Summer at the Ashokan Center is more than a season—it’s a space where memories are made.

Each year, in partnership with My Kingston Kids, we welcome over 60 Kingston children to experience summer camps our campus at no cost, providing transportation, meals, and meaningful time in nature.

We’re especially grateful to Central Hudson for supporting last year’s program and helping create moments that stay with these kids long after summer ends.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Square Dance at the Old Time Rollick last night! 💃🎻

The dance floor was full, the music was lively, and the sense of community was as strong as ever. From first-time dancers to seasoned regulars, it was wonderful to see so many people laughing, learning, and moving together.

A huge thank you to our musicians, callers, staff, volunteers, and everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped create another memorable night of music, dancing, and connection at Ashokan.
