OB Food Pantry The Olive Branch Food Pantry exists to serve people in need in our city. Donations can be monetary or simply donating food directly to the pantry.

Our mission is to serve and seek the welfare of the city of Olive Branch by providing supplemental groceries to those who are in need of assistance and/or are facing a time of crisis. The heartbeat of this non-profit organization is to exemplify Christ in participating in the renewal process of our city by extending grace to those in need. If you'd like to get involved with this ministry, here are

a couple of ways you can pitch in:
Donate: Funding of the Food Pantry comes from individuals, churches and organizations. The building, office space and other related expenses are possible through support of the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, the City of Olive Branch, and the United Way of the Mid-South. Please consider investing in our city by donating to the Olive Branch Food Pantry. Serve: Sign up and participate in staffing the pantry by volunteering to 1) unload donations, sort and stock during the week, 2) serve the clients on Tuesdays or Thursdays, or 3) get involved in our special events and fund raisers. (Sign-up as an individual or organize a group from your church/organization to be a part of this ministry)

Sorry for the delays in posting. We are making lots of changes including phone service & internet service so if you have had trouble reaching us we apologize. Our greatest needs at this time: peanut butter- pasta sauce canned fruit & rice.

If Desoto County Schools are closed on Tuesday we will be closed as well!!

Pantry update : with the help of our awesome followers, supporters & our great community the pantry was able to end 2025 without having to turn anyone away with out food & we have a great start on can foods for 2026.

The main question seems to be most needed items. Any & all foods that come into the pantry go out of the pantry. Our clients are grateful for every item donated.

Peanut butter, can meat(ravolies tuna etc)but really anything .

Condiments: mayo, mustard, ketchup, sugar, pickles, salad dressing

No food items : laundry detergent, dish soap, hand bath soap, diapers (size 1 or above)

Just a quick note on how the pantry is faring in this time of need…. We are receiving donations; there are donation centers to drop off food, or we are available at the pantry Tuesday 8:30-12
Thursday 5-8 pm.
