Happy Hump Day, Pumpkin Run Fam!! 🎃🧡

Wanted to give a special shout out to all our school running clubs. We loved seeing all of the kids work so hard and participate in our event. We are so proud! 🥰

Our SunRunner friends over at SunnySide have won a pizza party for HIGHEST number of registered participants for this year’s race! Way to go, SunRunners!! ☀️💛

SunRunners was led by the one and only, Leslie McKinley. Her enthusiasm for our event and these children, is just contagious. We are beyond grateful to have her back at SunnySide as an amazing PE Teacher. 👟

This recognition also holds some extra special meaning as this was the team that Jared’s niece, Raelynn Jayne, ran with. She’s a third grader at SunnySide. 🥹

We are so thankful to all of our school running clubs, coaches, and parents, that make this happen each year. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. We see you and the impact you are making on these babies. 🫶🏻 How blessed they are to have such amazing role models.

What a beautiful day for the 28th Annual Jared Coones Memorial Pumpkin Run/Walk!

Our hearts are full of gratitude! Thank you to our incredible participants, sponsors, donors, and volunteers who helped make this year's event such a tremendous success. 👏🏻

Your generosity, enthusiasm, and unwavering support continue to honor the memories of Jared, Jayne, and Judy, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those fighting cancer. 🥹

What an amazing turnout! We celebrated 3,072 registered participants, an 11% increase over last year! 🎉

We'll be sharing our fundraising results soon, but in the meantime, donations are still being accepted. Every dollar helps us continue our mission! 🧡

We had a great time at the 28th Jared Coones Memorial Pumpkin 5K Run/Walk this past Saturday!! 🎃 We saw so many friends, current & former patients, and made many new friends!! What a beautiful morning to Run. Remember. Support!!

We had a grand total of 3,072 participants this morning. Which is our largest crowd since 2016!!! 🎉

This doesn’t even include all the friends cheering the Runners on, phenomenal and hard working volunteers, and sponsors representing in their tents.

The sense of community was undeniable. The unwavering love for Black Bob. Y’all showed up. Just like you have continued to do for 28 years. ♥️

We love you. We see you. And thank you for being on this journey with us. Even if the future feels a bit unknown.

But we are still willing to ride this ride, if y’all are. We’ll see you on the other side. 🥹🫶🏻

And THE most beautiful send off by our Black Bob Students and Staff yesterday morning as they played music and had our Team dance through the halls of the School. 🎶
