SPECIAL THANKS TO SPECIAL PEOPLE!

A huge thank you to everyone who made our 2026 Christmas in July event at OK Corral such a success! All donations will directly support Big Lake Missions Outreach.

We are so grateful to OK Corral for hosting and furnishing the food and drinks, Okeechobee Main Street for selecting us, and Okeechobee County Fire & Rescue, Gilbert’s, and Buxton Okeechobee Funeral Home & Crematory for their incredible support. Thank you also to everyone who donated pantry food and gifts for our 32nd Annual Toy Drive.

I am truly grateful and blessed. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I continue forward without Bruce.

Summer at the Mission Food Pantry has been busier than ever, but our amazing volunteers showed up and got the job done!

A big thank you to Michael Barrere and Al Cole from City Electric Supply Okeechobee!

In honor of CES Founders Day on July 16, Michael and Al stopped by to donate a wonderful collection of food to support our community.

City Electric Supply is celebrating 75 years of business, and we are so grateful that they are marking this incredible milestone by giving back. Happy 75th Anniversary to the team at CES, and thank you for being such supportive community partners.

Community supporting community! Thanks to a generous surplus of cakes and cupcakes, our clients enjoyed plenty of delicious treats—and we still had enough left over to share with our friends at the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office.

We appreciate our local law enforcement and support teams so much. Pictured is Chase Pafford with the jail kitchen staff. Thank you all!

In recognition of our years of service, the post office awarded Bruce and I a plaque for our work with the Postal Food Drive. We are grateful to everyone who contributed. The occasion felt like a homecoming, and it was fantastic to see everyone again. Although Bruce is no longer with us, he will always be remembered.

Whether it was providing meals or making sure every child had a gift under the tree, your generosity didn't go unnoticed. We are so grateful for everything you do!

Our amazing volunteers are hard at work preparing toys to bless parents and children for Christmas Day.

This year, we were able to serve over 200 children, along with many families, by providing toys, stocking stuffers, and packs of candy canes.
