One of our guests asked where does the money go, when they buy clothes from us. The answer is simple…IF we make an excess income after we pay the bills we do things like:
Helping a low income senior pay her copay for eye surgery, which will restore her sight.
Paying a portion of a single mama’s car insurance so she doesn’t lose her license, and can get to work.
Getting a veteran into housing.
Giving gas money to a young mom and cancer patient so she can get to Moffit Cancer Center.
Paying a tutor to work with our kids who may have special needs or have suffered from trauma or grief and they need just a little extra help before returning to traditional school.
Providing free underwear, bras, socks, shoes, clothes, etc. to children whose parents can’t afford to purchase these items or to relatives or foster families.
Bringing drug prevention education to young people.
And OHHHH so much more.
