On Tuesday, November 7th, Okeechobee Chapter No. 128 will honor Grands, Past Grands and Grand Representatives at our Stated Meeting. Come and enjoy the friendship and fellowship. The "membership committee" of our Chapter has two projects we are supporting and invite anyone planning to attend our meeting to participate. We are collecting diapers for the Okeechobee Healthy Start - any size diapers up to age 3 and a food drive for a less fortunate family in our community. Just bring your non-perishable food items to place in our basket -- your giving is greatly appreciated! We hope to see many of you for our meeting - 7:30 PM

The Membership Committee of Okeechobee Chapter No. 128 will have a booth in the Park for the Annual Labor Day Celebration! Stop by and see us - Park #3, Booth #327. We will be selling bowls of PINTO BEANS with CORNBREAD, a variety of baked goods and water! Stop by and visit with us and sample the food prepared by our great cooks!

On Sunday, June 7th, the ESTARL Student sponsored by Okeechobee Chapter No. 128, Cameron Patterson, led a portion of the service at the Okeechobee Presbyterian Church. Cameron also entertained the congregation with a musical selection proving once again that he is a spectacular guitarist and vocalist! What a blessing it was when he spoke about his recent mission trip to Africa for an orphanage organization founded by his paternal grandparents.

February 1, 2014 will be here before we know it! That's the day Districts 24 & 15 will present "A Hillbilly Degree w/Country Humor". This spectacular presentation will take place at the St. Lucie Shrine Club & Ft. Pierce Masonic Lodge (located next door to one another). A delicious Country Fried Steak Dinner will be served at 5:00 PM with the program to follow. We will have basket raffles, 50/50 drawing and an amazing cast (Phyllis Elsberry, Paul Main, Pam Leaver, Sharon Strosnider, Richard Wolfe, Billy Williams, just to name a few!)that will put on this fun-filled program! Tickets are only $15 per person and it promises to be an evening you won't want to miss! The event is being presented in honor of Sister Marilyn Lambert and all proceeds will benefit the 2018 Committee.
