This week at the Lodge!

Greetings My Fellow Elks,

Tonight, we have the Car & Motorcycle Volunteer meeting at 6:00 pm. The Monday night Potluck and Games start at 6 :00 pm.

Tuesday’s dinner is Taco Bar, Quesadilla or Mini tacos by Chefs Rich and Denise. Lucky 8 starts at 6:30 pm hosted by Dave Hill. The pool tournament is 5:00 pm hosted by James and Pamela Hartley. There is a $5.00 entry fee.
June 9th Pool Tournament winners were LaRee and Dave. Terry and Darren came in 2nd place. Congratulations!

Wednesday night the Lodge Meeting starting at 6:30 pm.

Thursday, some of the Lodge Officers will be heading to Pasco for the Summer Convention. Jokers Wild card draw is at 6:30 pm hosted by Vicki Storment, followed by game of Left/Right/Center. Bill Schneid will be selling pull tabs. Be sure to tip him well as he works hard every Tuesday and Thursday selling pull tabs. We appreciate you, Bill! We still are looking for volunteers to sell pull tabs. If interested, please let Kelly Stanley know.

Saturday Bar Bingo starts at 5:30 pm.

Sunday we will have the Father’s Day Ceremony at 10:30 am followed by the Father’s Day Brunch. Meals are free for all Dads, $12.00 for all others.

What a weekend we had! Friday night was a fun night of Karaoke. Thank you to Kelly and Ditch for hosting, to the kitchen crew Michael, Michelle and Dani; and to our awesome bartender James.
Thank you to Terry Smith for organizing the Flag Day Parade. She worked on this all year long! Terry you are the best! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped with the parade. Our float was beautiful thanks to the decorating crew and to Mark and Jenae for letting us use their boat. It was a great event. The Flag Ritual was very moving. We were honored to have the VFW in our ceremony. Special Thanks to Ken Goyen and Mike Wainwright for burning (retiring) the flags on an extremely warm day. If you get a chance, please check out the Elk’s backyard. Terry Hudson, Danielle Reeson, Mike Wainwright and Ken Goyen spent over eight hours on Friday cleaning it up. Thank you everyone! Yesterday Betsy’s birthday was a huge success. We had a record number of people here celebrating Betsy on her 99th Birthday.

August 8, 2026 – Sock Hop, Car, and Motorcycle Show featuring the band R&R.
August 29, 2026 – PER Dinner featuring the Randy Band. There will be dinner and a silent auction. We are looking for basket donations. Please contact Jonnie Byrd, Secretary/PER, for more information.

Greetings My Fellow Elks,

Last week was amazing! R&R Limited played on Friday Night at the Speakeasy hosted by Joan Hill. What a fun night! Thank you Rick and Rick! You Rock!

Tonight, the Monday night Potluck and Games start at 6 :00 pm. Flag Day Volunteer Meeting starts at 6:00 pm. We still need volunteers. Hope you can attend.

Tuesday’s dinner is Fish and Chips prepared by Chefs Kevin and KD. Lucky 8 starts at 6:30 pm hosted by Dave Hill. The pool tournament is 5:00 pm hosted by James and Pamela Hartley.
Last Week Winners were Bill Scheid and Steve Buck. 2nd place was James Hartley and Norm Olts. Congratulations!@

Wednesday the House Meeting starts at 4:30 pm, followed by the Board Meetings. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. These meetings are a great way to find out about upcoming events and to know how your lodge runs.
Line Dancing Class is at 6:30 pm. $10.00 donation. Please RSVP to [email protected]

Thursday night dinner is Homemade Meat Loaf, baked potato and green salad prepared by Chefs Michael and Richard. Jokers Wild card draw is at 6:30 pm hosted by Kelly Stanley, followed by game of Left/Right/Center. This weeks’ pot is up to $7614.00. 60% of the pot is $4568.00 and there are only 27 cards left.

Friday night Karaoke and Line Dancing starts at 6:30 pm hosted by Kelly Stanley, Ditch aka Richard Metzger, and Dave Bunch. Appetizers will be available at 6 pm. We do need Chefs for Friday night.

Saturday is the Flag Day Parade at 11:00 am. The Flag Retirement Ceremony is at 3:00 pm.

Sunday is Betsy’s 99th Birthday Potluck Party at 5:00 pm. All members and their guests are invited. Please bring your favorite dish to share.

Some of our Elks Officers are attending the Elks Summer Convention June 18th – June 20th in Pasco. All Lodges attending are requested to bring in a gift basket for auctioning. Our Lodge is putting together two Beach themed baskets representing Ocean Shores Lodge #2581 and need your help. If you have anything you can donate to the basket, please bring it to the Lodge by next Monday, June 15th. Thank you.

Another super fun evening at the Elks! I am so thankful I get to host fun parties like speakeasies, at the Lodge! Everyone seemed to have a great time and enjoying the music through the ages from R&R Limited! The songs were amazing! And the vibe wonderful!!
Big thank you to amazing kitchen crew Rich, Denise, Mike, Rick, BJ! You guys rocked it!!
Thank you to James for mixing up the cocktails amazingly! Everybody had so much fun enjoying their drinks!
