Wiggles, and quite frankly, everyone who meets her, can’t figure out why she hasn’t been adopted into her forever home.
She came to The Salty Dog Animal Rescue after being abandoned on SR109.
She was initially worried about being at the shelter, but quickly turned into the best little wiggle butt. She loves everyone and gets along with all dogs that she meets.
She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is house trained. She rides very well in cars. She is around 1 year of age.
She loves long walks and has recently been joining me on bike rides in the forest.
She is an active girl who would thrive with a family that includes her in their activities.
A fenced yard is a must to keep her safe when she is outside.
She would love a forever family of her own where she is welcomed into their hearts and home. In return, she will give many years of gratitude.

Marleigh has been at The Salty Dog Animal Shelter in Ocean Shores far too long.
She came to us last May after she had been abandoned by her person. She was very thin and scared, not knowing what would happen to her.
She has since put on weight and is a happy girl. She loves the shelter volunteers. In fact, she seems to love everyone she meets. She gets along well with the other shelter dogs.
She loves long leash walks and really enjoys running next to my bicycle and me in the forest.
She is a big, strong girl and can get overly excited around distractions like bikes, skateboards, deer and dogs she doesn’t know.
Marleigh would make a great dog in a quiet home where she can chill with her person/people.
She will be 3 years of age in November. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She is house trained. She rides well in a vehicle.
She is a nice dog, deserving of a home and family who understands the needs of a big, strong dog with a few issues.

So, there we were, Teeka and me, walking the loop. Within a few minutes of leaving the shelter, I found a golf ball in the grass. We started saving them a few months back. I am going to sell them, if we ever have a driveway sale. 🏌️‍♂️
We were on the north side of the loop when I looked down and saw a $20 bill. 💵. Wahoo! The golf ball went into the basket and the bill went into the donation jar.
Twas a good day. 🐾😊🐾

Wiggles is super duper special girl. Weighing in at 41 pounds and being only around 8 months (guess), she is looking for a super duper forever home with a youngish family who has time to spend with her and who will give her everything this most deserving girl needs.
She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Wiggles ended up on SR 109 near Burrows Rd wondering what happened to her person. She was welcomed into The Salty Dog Animal Rescue in Ocean Shores. No one came to claim her.
She will need a fenced yard to keep her safe. She loves walks and snuggling at the end of the day. She will need a safe home with good quality food, daily walks, vet visits, as needed and an all around wonderful home.
In return, she will give you years of undying love and affection. 🐾❤️🐾
