Well done nephew,,,,,,,,,
Michael Penix Jr. picked the perfect time to deliver one of his best performances of the season! 🐦🔥
Atlanta needed a win, and standing across the field was an undefeated San Francisco team. But the Falcons weren't about to let the 49ers leave town with their perfect record intact.
With Penix leading the way, Atlanta came away with an impressive 29-20 victory, snapping its losing streak and handing San Francisco its first defeat of the season!
His Week 7 numbers:
❤️ 25/34 completions
🖤 213 passing yards
❤️ 3 passing touchdowns
Penix was sharp from start to finish, completing 73.5% of his passes and throwing three touchdowns to help Atlanta take control of the matchup.
It wasn't about putting up massive yardage. It was about making the right throws, finishing drives and delivering when his team needed points. And Penix did exactly that against an opponent that hadn't lost all year.
For a Falcons team looking to regain momentum, this was the kind of quarterback performance that could make a real difference moving forward.
Three touchdown passes, a much-needed victory and the end of San Francisco's unbeaten run. Atlanta got its answer from Penix! 🐦
❤️🖤🏈
