We're bringing the magic of the Dandelion Friends garden directly to classrooms and communities!

Join Kerri the Dandelion, DJ the Bumblebee, Quinn the Mushroom, and Betty the Butterfly as we explore stories that nurture kindness, empathy, friendship, confidence, and belonging. 💕

Created and presented by Lisa Bolton, an early childhood educator with over 40 years of experience, these engaging programs combine:

📖 Interactive storytelling featuring our Dandelion Friends books

🎶 Music, movement, and creative expression

🌈 Hands-on learning activities

💜 Social-emotional learning experiences

🌱 Early literacy and school readiness skills

Perfect for children ages 3–8!

We are now accepting bookings for:

🏫 Preschools and childcare centers

📚 Elementary schools and libraries

🏡 Homeschool groups

🌼 Community and faith-based organizations

🎉 Special events and family programs

Flexible, affordable paid programs are available, including individual Story Hours, extended sessions, and multi-visit packages!

🩷🩵 Day 16 — The Day After: Grief Doesn't End When Awareness Day Does 🩷🩵

Yesterday, candles glowed around the world.

Names were spoken.

Photographs were shared.

Families came together to remember the precious babies who are no longer physically with us.

For one day, the world paused to acknowledge pregnancy and infant loss.

But today, the candles have been extinguished.

The remembrance ceremonies have ended.

Social media has begun moving on to other things.

But for grieving parents, nothing has changed.

They still wake up missing their baby.

They still carry the love, the memories, and the dreams of what might have been.

They still notice the empty spaces where their child should be.

Because grief doesn't end when an awareness day is over.

It doesn't disappear when October ends.

And it doesn't become less important simply because the rest of the world has moved forward.

For many bereaved parents, one of the hardest parts of grief is realizing that while the world continues turning, their hearts are still carrying a loss that changed everything.

So today, and every day, let's remember to keep showing up.

🩷 Continue saying their baby's name.

🩵 Remember birthdays, due dates, and anniversaries.

🩷 Check in, even when months or years have passed.

🩵 Give grieving parents permission to talk about their children without feeling they are making others uncomfortable.

🩷Understand that remembering isn't the same as being unable to heal.

Yesterday was a day of remembrance. Today is another day of loving someone who is deeply missed.

🩷🩵🤍At The Dandelion Project, our commitment to supporting grieving families doesn't end on October 15 or October 31.

Because remembrance isn't limited to a date on the calendar.

🩷🩵 🤍Awareness may have a designated day. Love and grief do not.

Yesterday was an incredible milestone! Thanks to your amazing support, I advanced to the TOP 20 in my group for TOP HOST 2026, finishing the first round in 3RD PLACE!

When I entered this competition, I wasn't sure what to expect. I simply saw another opportunity to share my voice, tell stories that matter, and bring greater awareness to The Dandelion Project and our mission of Planting Seeds of H.O.P.E. — Hold On Pain Eases.

What I didn't expect was the incredible outpouring of support from so many wonderful people!

Every vote, every share, every encouraging word, and every person who took a moment out of their day to support me has meant more than you could possibly know.

I am beyond excited to share that I HAVE ADVANCED TO THE TOP 20 IN MY GROUP FOR TOP HOST 2026!

🩷🩵🤍 The White Pumpkin — A Tradition of Remembrance 🩷🩵🤍

Many years ago, I came across a beautiful poem called The White Pumpkin, written by Jennifer Giles.

I remember reading it and feeling how deeply the words touched my heart. There was something about the symbolism of that simple white pumpkin, standing among all the traditional colors of fall, that spoke to me.

It represented the precious babies who are no longer physically with us, yet whose lives and love will forever be part of our stories.

Over the years, this poem has become a special part of our Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance traditions through The Dandelion Project.

Whether we gather together in person or connect virtually, The White Pumpkin has become a way for us to pause, reflect, remember, and honor the babies who will always hold a place in our hearts.

Tonight, as we recognize Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day and the International Wave of Light, I am honored to share this beautiful poem once again.

To Jennifer Giles, thank you for putting into words something that has brought comfort and meaning to so many grieving families, including mine.

And to every family remembering a precious baby tonight, whether your child's name is spoken aloud or held quietly in your heart, please know that they are remembered.
