is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that is dedicated to meeting the needs of children and youth in any manner which will promote health, safety and overall well-being. Specific duties and goals are to:

- Provide programming and support to assist children and youth in achieving their goals to succeed in school and life;

- Provide innovative, quality programs and events in sports, health and phy

sical fitness, academic enrichment, mentoring, arts & culture.

- Expand outreach to children and youth from at-risk communities.

- Engage key stakeholders, celebrities and community partners in outreach activities for children and youth.

- Provide role models and mentors for children and youth from various industries, including sports and entertainment, education, law, health and science.

- Raise community awareness about the needs and welfare of local children and youth.

- Ensure the financial viability of the organization through a network of community partners, advocates and supporters, including, but not limited to, celebrities, philanthropists, legislators, State and local leaders and corporations.
