Toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent… everyday essentials add up. That's why we're so grateful for our friends at Bridge to Basics!

They donate household and personal care products to Open Cupboard, saving us more than $15,000 every year in supplies we can share with our shoppers. That's $15,000+ we can put toward other needs, like getting more food to our community.

October is Hygiene Awareness Month, so we're giving a little extra love to this wonderful partner and the work they do to help people access everyday essentials.

Earlier this month we shared that Today’s Harvest Market is actually one of four food access programs at Open Cupboard.

But what are the other three? And how do they all work?

Glad you asked!

There are four ways to access free food through Open Cupboard:

🍓 Today’s Harvest Market: Shop daily for free, fresh food at our indoor markets.

🚗 Drive-Up: Pick up free groceries once a month without leaving your car.

🏠 Delivery: Have groceries delivered to your home once a month if you qualify.

🥕 Mobile Food Shelf: Access free groceries at select neighborhoods and senior living communities.

We put together a little introduction to all four programs, including where to go, how to get started, and what to expect with each.

Swipe through to get to know each program!
