JJOC Senior Spotlight: William Patterson
Please join us in celebrating William Patterson, a dedicated member of the Oakland County Chapter.

William is a senior at Detroit Catholic Central, where he has demonstrated leadership as a Freshman Representative and Foundation Chair. He has been actively involved in Jack and Jill programming, including One Incredible Night and TLC. He will attend the University of Detroit Mercy and plans to major in Finance and Digital Marketing.

Join us in celebrating our own JJOC teen, Nadiyah Tarver, for being recognized as one of Michigan’s Outstanding Graduates in The Detroit News 2026 Outstanding Graduates program! ✨

A senior at Detroit Country Day School, Nadiyah continues to exemplify excellence through scholarship, leadership, service, and innovation. In addition to earning admission to several of the nation’s top colleges and universities, she has made a meaningful impact through community service, including leading her school’s MLK Day initiative that donated more than 200 blessing bags to individuals experiencing homelessness.

JJOC is incredibly proud of Nadiyah’s brilliance, leadership, and commitment to uplifting others. Congratulations, Nadiyah! 💙

JJOC Senior Spotlight Series every two days - Up first is Macey McDaniel!

Please join us in celebrating Macey, a 10-year member of the Oakland County Chapter and current Teen Vice President.

Macey is a senior at Mercy High School, where she is active in the French Honor Society and athletics. She will attend the University of Michigan and plans to major in Economics and International Studies. JJOC is proud of her leadership and accomplishments! 🩷💙

Our youth had an incredible time at the Glass Fuse Workshop as they explored their creativity, learning new skills, and turning simple materials into beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces 💫

From start to finish, it was all about imagination, focus, and fun and they truly delivered!
We love creating spaces where our youth can express themselves and shine 🌟
