This my grandmother's old house on San Juan. After she passed, my mother and I signed the house over to the city of Detroit who sold it to someone else. This is the condition of the city owned property that is a scary and dangerous eyesore to the neighbors still living on that street.
The city has had ownership for over 40 years now.
