Last month, our MEP students welcomed for another healthy (and tasty) workshop, making elote pasta salad — combining fresh ingredients and nutritious choices with a culturally inspired dish!

What a year it’s been for our MEP students 🧡 From mental wellness workshops and STEM projects to financial literacy, nutrition education, basketball, volleyball, and so much more — this year was filled with learning, growth, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. We’re so proud of all they’ve accomplished alongside our amazing partners, mentors, and volunteers!

Now we’re getting ready to keep the energy going this summer with our Summer Empowerment Programs ☀️🙌 Stay tuned for more!

In February, our MEP students welcomed educators from Beyond Hunger for a fun, hands-on lesson about healthy eating! 🥕🧑‍🍳

Students learned about nutritious ingredients and worked together to make their own fresh hummus while discovering simple ways to build healthy habits. Experiences like this help our students connect learning with everyday life!
