The weather forecast looks favorable for Saturday's show! It's been a rough show season with all the cancelations, so we're hoping to see lots of horses and riders for the pleasure division at 11 and the speed division no earlier than 2.
Last week we removed some sand from the middle of the arena and worked to make the depth more consistent throughout the arena. We'll tweak it some more this week in preparation for the show. We haven't had much rain, so I am sure it will be dusty on Saturday.
We will likely need people to step up and help out during the show. Thank you in advance! There will be drinks and chips available for purchase. There will also be some raffle items at $5.00 per ticket or 3 tickets for $10.00. Tickets will be sold Oct. 10 and Oct. 24 and winning tickets will be drawn early during the speed division Oct. 24.
If you're new to showing with us, please read the rules and the showbill pinned to our page (or email [email protected] for a copy). DO bring cash/checks, helmets for youth, water for horses, negative Coggins, patience, and a sense of humor. Please do NOT bring pets or alcohol.
Trailer parking is in the front field, and car parking is along the driveway.
Looking ahead, we will have our costume class at the October 24 show and at the Fun and Games show on October 25. Weather permitting, we will have our final show November 7. We can't wait to see you!
