Always remember..

10 years ago today, we lost Officer Tim Harper.

Tim served the Novi Police Department and dedicated himself to serving and protecting our community. While a decade has passed, the impact of a life and career in law enforcement is not measured in years.

Today, we remember Tim, not only for how we lost him, but for the officer, coworker, and person he was to those who knew him.

His passing is also a reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and looking out for one another. In law enforcement, we often focus on taking care of everyone else, but it’s just as important to recognize when one of our own may be struggling. A simple check-in, a conversation, or letting someone know they’re not alone can make a difference.

Gone from our sight, but never forgotten. 🖤💙
