ND Women Connect

ND Women Connect Welcome to the national page for the women of Notre Dame! Join us here and in your local clubs! ND Women Connect is the next step in the journey.

ND Women Connect exists to support and inspire Notre Dame women - alumnae, students, spouses, parents, faculty/staff, and friends. Today, down at the Grotto, there is a little stone memorial that commemorates ND's admittance of women as undergrads. It reads, "We are and forever will be grateful daughters of Notre Dame." Since 1972, there are over 40 years, and counting, of hard work behind that message.

Farley and Cavanaugh - finally! 👷🚜🔨🧱

Multiple North Quad residences — Cavanaugh, Farley and Zahm Halls — will be renovated at some point in the future, University Architect Dan Cook said in an interview with The Observer.

Cook said that determinations on Keenan and Stanford have yet to be made.

“The specific timing of all North Quad dorm work is still being finalized,” Cook wrote in a follow-up email with The Observer.

☘️🕯️THIS SUNDAY on campus! Sign up TODAY! 🕯️☘️

Please join ND Women Connect and the Asian Pacific Alumni of Notre Dame for our “Called to be Daughters of God” Retreat: Ordinary Holiness on Sunday, June 7, 2026 (Reunion Weekend).

In its sixth year, the NDWC “Called to Be Daughters of God” Retreat is a unique opportunity to reconnect with your Notre Dame spirituality. Our theme this year is “Ordinary Holiness” and focuses on how God calls ordinary people to live in extraordinary ways. We are excited to feature Meg Hunter-Kilmer, ND campus minister and author of “Pray for Us,” our Summer Spirituality Read, as our featured speaker.

An optional Mass starts at 9:30 am and then the Retreat will commence at 10:30. The Mass is co-sponsored by NDWC, Asian Pacific Alumni of Notre Dame , and the Native American Alumni of Notre Dame. Mass will be held in the Log Chapel. Because there is very limited seating at that venue, we ask that you also RSVP separately if you wish to attend Mass along with the Retreat.

For more information and to register, please go to bit.ly/NDWCRetreat2026 or https://my.nd.edu/events/145676. There is a link on the Retreat registration page to RSVP for Mass as well.

You can find more information on the Summer Spirituality Read, including a discount code to purchase “Pray For Us,” at the link in bio or at bit.ly/NDWCSummerRead.
