The NNRO, South Bend Heritage and the City of South Bend - Municipal Government are proud to join the world in uplifting the global community land trust movement! Join us as we celebrate Indiana’s first CLT in the Northeast Neighborhood. In 2023, we welcomed our first affordable CLT homebuyer to the community. Soon we’ll have another CLT neighbor joining us in a new home on Turnock Street where we’ll be developing five more awesome, affordable CLT homes over the coming years.

Our Northeast Neighbors were all smiles as we met in person for our NNRO Annual Meeting. It's the first time a lot of us have been able to gather since 2019! With a powerful presentation and great food, we're so thankful for all of the neighbors, financial institutions, city officials, organizations and friends who were able to attend and celebrate our accomplishments this year.

Wow! What a way to spread holiday cheer! Thank you to Elsie Rogers Elementary School in Mishawaka for their Holiday Food Drive! They collected well over 2,000 items to help stock the food pantry at Historic Firehouse #7! We will be able to serve many families this Holiday season and well into the new year. Happy Holidays everyone!

Happy Halloween! We had such a great time seeing our neighbors at our Annual Fall Family Fun Festival this weekend! Thank you to all the organizations who joined us, passed out goodies & engaged with residents. This is a tradition we can’t wait to continue in the Northeast Neighborhood!

It's always great to gather with our neighbors! In June, we celebrated the grand opening of the Historic Firehouse 7, located on Notre Dame Ave, right in the heart of the Northeast Neighborhood. It was a great event to acknowledge the substantial work we're doing with the food pantry, administer free Covid-19 vaccines, and enjoy some tasty treats together.
