Norwood Pack 42

Norwood Pack 42 The Facebook home of Cub Scout Pack 42, Norwood, MA. We meet at the First Congregational Church in Norwood on Sunday afternoons.

We welcome all children ages 5-11 (Kindergarten - 5th grade). We are always happy to have new faces join us. Cub Scout Pack 42 offers a fun, year-round, family oriented program of activities designed to build confidence, develop character, stimulate imagination, promote good citizenship, and foster a “Do Your Best” attitude. Pack 42 welcomes GIRLS and BOYS in Norwood, ages Kindergarten through gr

ade 5. Cub Scouts in Pack 42 learn self-reliance and leadership through fun, skill-building activities, outdoor adventures, community outings, and service to others. All scouts in Pack 42 learn the habits of success as they acquire skills and virtues that will serve them throughout life. Activities are designed to help children learn to embrace opportunity, overcome obstacles, make new discoveries, and be better prepared for life. Pack 42 is a family friendly group, where diversity is valued, and empathy is encouraged. Activities are positive and meaningful, and help encourage scouts to always do their best!

Our fellow scouts in Troop 42 are having a Pancake Breakfast this Saturday, May 9th from 7:30 - 11:15 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, 100 Winter Street, Norwood. Scouts from both Troop 42 and Pack 42 will be there serving a delicious breakfast!
