Lacrosse families,

Nowood Youth Lacrosse, Norwood Youth Soccer, Norwood Basketball Association, and Norwood Nuggets Youth Hockey have reviewed the potential impacts to our leagues and town resulting from the upcoming Prop 2 ½ override vote. We strongly believe cuts to the DPW and Recreation Departments will affect athletic space quality and safety as well as lead to higher usage fees in the future, increasing costs for participating families. Additionally, the lack of a high school sports program will lower the interest level in youth sports in upcoming years. Therefore, Norwood Youth Lacrosse, Norwood Youth Soccer, Norwood Basketball Association, and Norwood Nuggets Youth Hockey are in favor of a Yes vote to support past, current, and future players and for the continued running of youth sports programs that are successful and financially reasonable for the families of Norwood.

Lax families,

About half of the program has completed the online order form, thank you. The rest of you have until Monday to do so. Please don't forget and leave sizing decisions up to those that don't know your children. We will go with larger sizes just to be safe and there won't be exchanges due to the customization of the uniforms moving forward.

The program is absorbing the cost this year because of the design change. but moving forward the uniform fee will be factored into the registration for those that need replacements or a new one.

This uniform form does not apply to WeeLax. Only to U9 (1/2), U11 (3/4), U13 (5/6), and U15 (7/8)
