Congratulations to Jeffrey Rose, our 2026 Norwich Native Son Award recipient!

The Norwich Rotary Clubs were proud to celebrate Jeffrey Rose, an educator, coach, mentor, and proud Norwich native whose story reflects the very best of where we come from.

From his days as an outstanding student-athlete at NFA to Yale University and his career in education and athletics in Florida, Jeffrey has carried Norwich values with him every step of the way: leadership, teamwork, character, service, and community.

The Norwich Native Son/Daughter Award has been honoring Norwich natives since 1968, recognizing those whose achievements beyond our area continue to make our city proud. Jeffrey’s dedication to students, athletes, and youth programs is exactly the kind of legacy this award was created to celebrate.

What an amazing evening last night at Norwich Rotary's Whiskey Wine & Cigar Fundraiser! The sold out crowd enjoyed their evening and Mother Nature cooperated again, to be dry during the event.

Thank you for the TREMENDOUS support! The event raised over $8,000 net proceeds, with every dollar going back into this local community.
