Boating Opti Sailing 2026
Give your child the opportunity to get off the sidelines and onto the water this summer! Boating Opti Sailing 2026 combines hands-on STEM learning, out-door adventure, and Life -Building experiences in a way that few programs can.
Participants will learn the science behind sailing by exploring wind energy, motion, force and simple machines while gaining the confidence and excitement that comes from piloting their own Opti sailboat on Thames River.
Beyond the STEM lessons, youth will develop problem solving skills, independence, teamwork, and self confidence as they challenge themselves in a safe supportive environment.
Weather your child is new to sailing or simply loves trying new things, this is an unforgettable opportunity to learn, grow, and experience the thrill of being out on the water.
Open to all residents of all towns. Transportation will be provided. Space to 15 youth registered for each session.

What an Amazing 6 Weeks!
Today marked the final day of our 6-week science program led by the incredible Mr. Glen Hall! We are so proud of all the students who participated, explored, discovered, and expanded their knowledge through hands-on science experiences.

Programs like these give students the opportunity to spark their curiosity, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning. We are grateful to have been part of this educational journey and excited to continue offering opportunities that inspire our youth. The good news? More programs are coming soon!

Ready to set sail on an exciting STEM adventure? Hop into an Opti and explore the physics behind sailing as you set sail on the Thames River. Investigate the physics behind sailing through utilizing the forces make a boat move, simple machines, and wind energy as you climb onboard and experience the incredible feeling of sailing Optis! Max 15 students.

Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Future Murals Art Program

We are proud and excited to be part of the Murals Art Program at New London High School! This meaningful project focuses on preserving and completing four murals inside the high school, celebrating creativity, history, and student expression for years to come.
Working alongside talented students and community members, we are honored to help bring these murals to life and contribute to something that will inspire future generations.
