Manna is thrilled to introduce Da’Monique, our newest member of our team! Da’Monique brings incredible organization, dedication, and a big heart to our mission. If you see Da’Monique, please give a warm welcome and say hello! We are excited to have them on board and look forward to the positive impact she will make in our community.
More from Da’Monique:
My name is Da’Monique Jacobs-Williams (she/they). I have spent most of my career working in human services, supporting adults experiencing housing insecurity, recovery challenges, and food insecurity. I also bring lived experience, having navigated homelessness with my children for over two years. This perspective deeply informs my work and strengthens my commitment to serving others with empathy and understanding. I am skilled in providing community referrals and facilitating workshops on topics such as employment readiness, budgeting, self-care, and self-advocacy. I am excited to bring these workshops to Manna Community Center and support guests in building stability and confidence.

I am currently pursuing my degree in Social Work and am bilingual in American Sign Language (ASL) and English. I look forward to continuing to assist guests in meeting their needs to the best of my ability. 🧡
