Sacred Journey Mentorship
A pilgrimage into the Sanctuary of the Heart

These one-on-one journeys invite you to rewild your inner landscape—returning to the ancient language of breath, imagination, and Spirit. Together, we traverse unseen terrains, meeting guides and gathering medicine for the life you are cultivating.

Each 90-minute session unfolds as a living ceremony. We begin with intention, open the way through guided breathwork and visioning, then anchor the experience through creative integration—journaling, chalk pastels, or shared reflection over tea. Each journey is a threshold crossing: a descent into mystery and a homecoming to self.

Journeys take place in our cozy Meditation Room, outdoors beneath the open sky, or within your own home, where the sacred can root in familiar soil.

We just lost a dear friend on Samhain/Halloween and another is in the process of leaving this world.

In satsang, we remember that awakening happens together — through service, song, and shared presence.
If your heart feels called, you’re invited to help feed everyone by bringing a non-perishable food item or grocery gift card to be shared with our neighbors through the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.

As evening settles, our community sets the table of abundance — a vegetarian potluck where every offering becomes a prayer of gratitude.
