Last night the Spartans headed to Smithfield High School in hopes of a win after last week's loss. Last night was a tough game, many injuries, a torrential downpour out of no where and a ton of adversity. Regardless, our boys rose above and came out with a 10-0 win over Smithfield.

Aiden Grover had an 80 yard touchdown run
Caiden Reikhrud earned the PAT and had a successful field goal

Those are the headlines, there is so many behind the scene things. Blocks, tackles, saks, pancakes, etc. A big thank you to all the non headline members of this team.

Where do I begin to say thank you?! After days of pleading, posting, asking for help our Spartans showed up big! We had a great, busy weekend with new and old friends. Huge thank you to everyone who worked hard, stayed late, cleaned up, set up and came to say hi! We are blessed to be part of such a special place. We managed to grab a quick picture of the Booster Board as the last things were loaded in the trailer. These people spent the last 5 days at the Art Festival, dragging their spouses and kids along for the ride. Spartans please show some love to Vin Jackvony, Matt Scanlon, Megan Dumont and Kim Saccucci. It has been 5 years since we started this journey together, and I could not have ever expected such an incredible team to be a part of. Although Matt and I are entering Art Festival retirement, we leave you in the absolute best hands. And from me to all of you, Spartan athletes and Scituate Booster Club, THANK YOU. 💙Bianca
