Looking for a way to make connections and have a chance to get out and socialize in the community? Have a favorite Board Game you like to play? Well we’ve got the place and the space for you!

Besides our already scheduled Scrabble, Rummikub, Bridge, Pinnochle, Hand & Foot and Mahjong, we have an open slot on THURSDAYS from 11:30 to 1:30pm for those who love to play board games! We have many options already available but would love to hear your favorites!

Join us for Chair Yoga with Eden and come play Mahjong Thursday Mornings at our new location!
This FREE Class begins at 10am and our Mahjong players currently gather at 11am!

☀️All of our Classes and Game Groups are for our 55+ Senior Community. No need to be a resident of North Port! All are welcome!

Our Membership Drive and re-registration begins in January. We have a low cost yearly fee or affordable drop in fees will apply in 2027!

We look forward to growing our Community and offering great services!

*Mark your Calendars for September 16th at 12pm when we will hold a Ribbon Tying that helps us Celebrate our joining together with The George Mullen Center!

The North Port Senior Center is now calling The George Mullen Activity Center its new home!!

Join us Tuesday September 1st as we implement our programs in this beautiful facility!

We start Tuesday with these FREE Activities:

🌞Scrabble at 9:30am

🌞Chair Exercise with Cathy at 10:00 am.

Remember! The Senior Center is a 55+ Community and we are excited to welcome new members to join us for the fun!!

All Who pre-purchased tables, chairs etc., it’s time for a pick up!!!

We will be at the North Port Senior center this Saturday, 8/22, from 9 AM to 1 PM for our Let’s Make a Deal Sale and then again Monday through Saturday 8/24-8/29 for pick ups. Call to make an appointment during 8/24-8/29.

This is it friends and members of the North Port Senior Center Community! Classes and games are finishing up by this Friday at our current location.

The awesome news is there will only be a one week hiatus as we move to The Mullen Center and resume all programs starting September 1st!!

Mondays-Fridays you have opportunities to resume the current schedule in Basic Exercise, Chair Exercise, Chair Yoga, Rummikub, Bridge, Mahjong, Hand & Foot, Scrabble, Pinochle and Bingo!

We are looking forward to adding in some additional classes as well as more game groups as we settle in!

We will be CLOSED at our current location as of 8/23! We can’t wait to see you at The Mullen Center on 9/1!
