I had such a wonderful time at the Nebraska State Fair!

From riding in the parade to holding an alligator, riding a camel, and even feeding a tiger, it was an amazing day. I also loved spending time with my fellow sash sisters, including Miss Rodeo Nebraska, Brylee Thompson. How many rodeo queens get to say they did all of that at their State Fair?!

One of my favorite parts of opportunities like this is getting to meet and visit with so many wonderful people. Whether it’s a quick hello, a picture, or a conversation, I truly enjoy getting to represent Miss Teen Rodeo Nebraska and share my love for the sport of rodeo with people from across our state.

I’m so grateful for the experiences and memories this year continues to bring, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

With the arrival of September comes the start of the 50 Horse Challenge! The Miss Rodeo America Scholarship Foundation provides so many incredible opportunities for Miss Rodeo America contestants, and I’m so excited to take on this challenge!

And just like that… my application for my dream job has officially been SUBMITTED! 💙✨

I’ve dreamed about competing for the title of Miss Rodeo America since I was just 10 years old. For over a decade, this dream has lived in my heart, and now it’s becoming a reality. 🥹

I’m so incredibly grateful for every person, every opportunity, every mile, and every lesson that has brought me to this moment. This journey is about so much more than a crown; it’s about representing the sport I love, the state I’m so proud to call home, and the people who have believed in me every step of the way!

Back in North Platte! I spent Friday and Saturday at the Mid States Rodeo and had such a great time! I got to help clear the arena alongside Cherry County Rodeo Queen Calie Troyer, carry the American flag during the National Anthem Saturday night, and visit with so many sweet girls throughout the weekend!

There’s just something special about getting to spend a weekend at the rodeo, meeting new people and representing Nebraska along the way!

We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Miss Rodeo Nebraska 1988, Jodee Coffman Bolli.

Jodee was a longtime supporter of our program, outfitting many MRNs over the years at Dry Creek Western Wear in Burwell. Perhaps most powerful, however, was the confidence she instilled in each young woman through her words of encouragement and generous spirit.

Jodee will be remembered as a beloved neighbor, a savvy businesswoman, and a true cowgirl.
