We weren’t even supposed to drop this footage yet, but here we are. 😂

No cameras allowed, except for a little PR coverage. So consider this your exclusive look at what happens when you get the right creative minds in the same room.

Multimillion dollar ideas were flying around, contracts were signed, and connections were made that might just last a lifetime!

Big love to Jordan Watkins Founder of the Sisterhood Collaborative and Fredy over at Blue Bench Crew for helping bring some dope people together. Sometimes you don’t need a big production. Just good people, good energy, and a shared vision.

We’re building something different with AGENCY, and this was just a little taste of what’s coming.

If you know, you know. If not, stay close. 🔥

Here's a reality every organization should be thinking about. 🤔
Your next employee probably hasn't watched a commercial in years.
Neither has your next customer.

The cities that lead the next decade won't simply have the biggest employers or the most jobs. They'll have the strongest connections between business, culture, education, entrepreneurship, and community.

Every business that discovers its next generation of talent makes the entire city stronger. Talent development isn't just a workforce strategy.

It's economic development.

What's one thing Omaha could build that would create more opportunities for businesses and the next generation of talent to connect?

Omaha's biggest export isn't beef. 🐮

It's talent.

Every year, ambitious, talented people leave because they believe the biggest opportunities exist somewhere else. Better networks. Bigger audiences. More connections.

That should concern all of us.

If you're building a company in Omaha, who's going to fill your next leadership role? Who's launching the next startup? Who's creating the culture for the next generation?

Cities don't win because they have more talent.
They win because talented people decide to stay.

What's one thing Omaha could build that would make more ambitious people choose to stay?

The future workforce is NOW…

Silk White didn’t go to film school, doesn’t have an agent, and hadn’t set foot in Los Angeles until May. But the former drug dealer turned independent filmmaker generates nearly $2 million annually from his movies and television series.

White works in a nascent middle ground in the show business economy, between YouTube creators chasing algorithms and professionals backed by studios. Most of his earnings come from free streaming services like Tubi and the Roku Channel that share advertising revenue with him.

White is emblematic of a generation of producers building careers on those platforms with content they finance and control. Many workers in the traditional Hollywood system, meanwhile, are reeling from a slowdown in production and an exodus of jobs overseas.

White takes a ruthlessly entrepreneurial approach to his crime dramas, which are set in the world of street criminals he knew growing up in Harlem and target an underserved Black audience.

“It’s the same business I learned on the streets, just different product,” the 42-year-old said of filmmaking. “Supply and demand. Customer service. Good relationships.”

Too many good ones gone!

I thought it was a few people who left Omaha.

It wasn’t.

It was a list.

People I know.
People you know.

Even my own son left.

That changes how you look at things.

How long does it take to build a dream?

So everything clicked for me (Jason) once I knew this would be a 5 year Journey.

It was a commitment, but I was down. I knew what we had.

A space where conversations begin, ideas find collaborators, and real opportunities start to take shape. The missing backbone of Omaha, a central space. It’s where resources come together and connect Entrepreneurs and artists. This is where AGENCY lives.

If this resonates, share it, tag someone who should be part of it, or reach out.
