Too many good ones gone!

I thought it was a few people who left Omaha.

It wasn’t.

It was a list.

People I know.
People you know.

Even my own son left.

That changes how you look at things.

How long does it take to build a dream?

So everything clicked for me (Jason) once I knew this would be a 5 year Journey.

It was a commitment, but I was down. I knew what we had.

A space where conversations begin, ideas find collaborators, and real opportunities start to take shape. The missing backbone of Omaha, a central space. It’s where resources come together and connect Entrepreneurs and artists. This is where AGENCY lives.

First official board meeting for AGENCY.

What stood out most wasn’t titles or resumes. It was alignment.

We had people in the room from tech, journalism, architecture, education, esports, design, sports, and community leadership, all focused on the same thing: building real pathways for creators and culture in Omaha.

AGENCY is being shaped with intention. We’re thinking about how creators learn, how stories get told, how nonprofits connect, and how opportunity actually reaches the next generation.

This is early. It’s still forming. But the energy in the room made one thing clear — this is needed.

If you thought we went ghost, you were right. 👻 We've been locked in the lab, putting in the work. No cap, just results.

📈 Feasibility Study: Got the full-blown study cooking with Parlay Consulting Firm. We're doing the homework so the vision hits different.

🤝 Meeting the OGs: Talked to fire creatives like Megan Elliott at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, linked up with our founder/partner Ben Gray, and secured Todd Murphy as our Board President.

📍 Location Vibe Check: Scouting locations with Edward Vidlak, our architect, to find the perfect spot.

🗣️ Creator Talk: We’ve been talking to content creators and artists to hear what you actually need in a space.

What we're building is about to be huge. Think of it as a recreation center for content creators. It’s where "playing" is the actual job.

We still have a lot of heavy lifting, but the strategy is dropping soon. The real fun starts now—we want you along for the ride!
