1st meeting at for our upcoming Best Baguette & Best Croissant Competition, taking place this October! 🥐🥖

A huge thank you to the legendary , Miami Beach’s iconic Art Deco gem, for once again hosting this event that has become a true Florida tradition and a must-attend event in Florida.

Every year, this incredible competition brings together around 20 talented artisan bakers and welcomes more than 600 visitors, all sharing a passion for authentic craftsmanship and exceptional flavors.

Preparations have officially begun, and we can’t wait for another unforgettable edition this October! ✨

Il y a cinq ans naissait la FAACT Florida Chapter avec une vision claire :
rassembler les artisans, créateurs et entrepreneurs francophones autour des valeurs d’excellence, de transmission et de solidarité.

Depuis sa création, la FAACT Florida s’est affirmée comme un véritable lien entre la France et les États-Unis, en accompagnant les talents, en valorisant les savoir-faire et en créant des opportunités concrètes pour celles et ceux qui entreprennent avec passion.

Au fil des années, nous avons organisé des événements fédérateurs, soutenu de nombreux projets, accompagné des artisans dans leur développement, et contribué à faire rayonner l’artisanat français en Floride.

Mais au-delà des actions, la FAACT Florida est avant tout une communauté.

Une communauté engagée, bienveillante et tournée vers l’avenir.

Aujourd’hui, nous célébrons avec fierté ces cinq années de travail, de rencontres et de réalisations et nous regardons avec enthousiasme vers les projets à venir.

Merci à toutes celles et ceux qui font vivre la FAACT Florida Chapter chaque jour.

Our Best Galette des Rois Competition was once again a wonderful success, just as tradition calls for! 👑🥐

A huge thank you to TF1 and 50 Minutes Inside for being part of this special event.

Thank you as well to all the talented pastry chefs who participated and shared their incredible craftsmanship.

A very special thank you to for their warm hospitality and for providing such a beautiful setting for this memorable competition.

We are also deeply grateful to Mayor of Miami Beach, for always showing up and for his continued support of artisans and small businesses.

The competitions organized by FAACT FL reflect the importance of supporting artisans and celebrating their exceptional savoir-faire.

We are extremely proud to announce that Yusel Montelongo, baker, will represent the United States 🇺🇸 in France 🇫🇷, in Toulouse, on March 13th, 14th, and 15th, at the World Championship of Pain au Chocolat / Chocolatine 🥐🏆

It is a tremendous honor to present Yusel, whose commitment, craftsmanship, courage, and determination truly reflect artisanal excellence. His hard work, discipline, and passion are deeply inspiring. ✨

He will proudly carry the colors of the United States with professionalism and heart. 🇺🇸

After SIRHA in Paris and following the visit of the CMA delegation last October, we had the pleasure of visiting the in Montereau (Seine-et-Marne).

Apprenticeship in France is truly a national strength. What a great opportunity for both young people and adults to train in a wide range of professions through the CFA system, including bakery, pastry, culinary arts, food trades, craftsmanship, hairdressing, beauty, mechanics, retail, hospitality and more.

This CFA is led masterfully by Many thanks to the teachers and apprentices for their warm welcome.

We also extend our thanks to , and especially to for her outstanding international work. We are delighted to collaborate with CMA to develop apprenticeship solutions here in the United States.
