What’s in Question 3? Here’s the breakdown:

🏗️ $55 million for site development, infrastructure and investments at places like Quonset Business Park and the I-195 District.

⚓ $45 million for infrastructure and facilities supporting growing Rhode Island industries, including life sciences, ocean technology and defense manufacturing.

The goal: create the space and infrastructure Rhode Island needs to help businesses grow and create good-paying jobs.

Vote YES on Question 3.

Today, we're launching the Yes on 3 campaign.

Question 3 on this year's ballot would invest $100 million in Rhode Island’s economic future, supporting the infrastructure needed to help businesses grow, attract new investment and create good-paying jobs across our state.

The bond would support economic development in places where we already know investment works—like the Quonset Business Park and the 195 District—while supporting growing industries including defense manufacturing, the ocean economy and life sciences.

Rhode Island has built real momentum. Question 3 is about keeping it going.
