North Arlington Access For All North Arlington Access for All is a non-profit that is dedicated to providing support and resources to children with special needs.

Our mission is to empower these children to reach their full potential by providing them with inclusion and opportunities that include social activities, all designed to help children thrive. We believe that every child deserves the chance to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life in an inclusive community and we are committed to making that a reality for every child. This outreach approach is

intended to foster diversity and inclusion among community members, while providing networking opportunities for those differently-abled or with special care, their family, friends and caregivers
In support of this County initiative, the North Arlington Borough Council adopted a Resolution to form an Access for All Committee. Access for All is a county-wide, diversity and inclusion initiative spearheaded by James Thebery, Director of the Division on Disability Services for Bergen County’s Department of Human Services. North Arlington’s Access for All Committee operates in collaborative partnership with Access for All committees established in municipalities throughout Bergen County. email: [email protected]

DeCapua & Leitao for North Arlington Board of Education at the North Arlington Access for All Annual Ice Cream Social!

Alexandra currently serves as Vice President of North Arlington Access For All and has proudly served on the board for the past five years. During that time, she has continued to advocate for children with IEPs and 504 Plans by helping create inclusive opportunities where every child can participate, socialize, and feel connected to their community. Not every recreational activity or sport is the right fit for every child, which is why programs like Access for All are so important.

Nicole has also been a wonderful supporter of Access for All, spending time speaking with parents, connecting with families, and helping hand out ice cream during the annual social.

We are proud to support programs that bring families together and ensure that every child has the opportunity to be included, participate, and have fun in their community.

Registration is open!!!

This wonderful program is now open for registration TopSoccer program is in its 2nd season.

This program is for children with disabilities. It’s all about fun, exercise and enjoying the sport we love.

Registration is now open for the new season. Spots will be limited. No soccer experience needed.

Open to surrounding town residents as well.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to support our Annual Autism Acceptance Event. Your presence helped make the day meaningful, welcoming, and full of connection.

A special thank you to the Mayor and Council for their continued support of our mission. We truly appreciate your commitment to helping create a more inclusive community for all.

It was wonderful meeting new people, building relationships, and strengthening our network of families, advocates, and supporters. Events like this remind us how powerful community can be when we come together with understanding and acceptance. Special thanks to Doris Fitzgerald for always supporting our mission and being so generous
