This is an “All Recovery” style, open, mutual aid meeting for anyone who works in the collegiate recovery profession. Registration is only to ensure that the meeting can be added to your calendar. Attendance does not indicate any specific identity on your part. The only requirement for attendance is a desire to support students in recovery and a willingness to connect with others who are doing this work. The intent of this meeting, however, is around group support, because we know that it can be tough to work in the profession of collegiate recovery. We are often experiencing barriers on campus, are subject to policy and budgetary constraints from the institution and are often working in isolation. Therefore, this meeting is an opportunity to come together with colleagues and peers within the profession to provide support to one another!

To all of our followers. We appreciate your interest in our mission. Our primary aim is straightforward: to create a safe haven for students who feel isolated and lack community due to substance abuse challenges. Over the past eight years, we have assisted numerous OU students in their recovery journeys.

Our broader objective is to establish a Collegiate Recovery Program on campus, which will provide ongoing support for students and their families for many years to come. 💜
