Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. — Xi Chapter wishes everyone a Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! ☀️

We’re kicking off this month by honoring Mexican-American legend Selena Quintanilla, whose music, story, and legacy continue to inspire generations of Latinos across the country.

For many first-generation Latinos, Selena represented something especially powerful: the ability to embrace two cultures, take pride in your roots, and create a path entirely your own. Her success helped bring Mexican-American culture into the national spotlight and opened doors for generations who followed.

Decades ago, Brothers of Omega Delta Phi had the unforgettable opportunity to meet Selena—a special piece of our Brotherhood’s history that we are proud to share as we celebrate the culture, stories, and people who continue to inspire our Brotherhood.

Stay tuned throughout Hispanic Heritage Month as we continue celebrating the people, stories, cultures, and legacies that have shaped our communities and our Brotherhood.

¡Feliz Mes de la Herencia Hispana! ☀️

Knights Don’t Haze — National Hazing Prevention Week

For nearly 40 years, Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. has proudly transformed men into Gentlemen—guided by Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership, never intimidation, humiliation, or fear.

Membership in our Brotherhood is a journey many begin but few complete—never because of hazing, but because it demands true men who are committed to our values.

At the Xi Chapter, we are proud to have a Brotherhood built upon trust, support, and accountability. Hazing has no place in our Fraternity or on our Campus.

This Thursday, September 24, 2026, the Xi Chapter of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. asks our campus community to join us in recognizing National Gordie Day.

Gordie Bailey was just 18 years old when he lost his life to alcohol overdose following a fraternity hazing event. His story serves as a powerful reminder that recognizing the signs, speaking up, and making the call can save a life.

As we observe National Hazing Prevention Week, we remember Gordie by committing ourselves to creating a culture where we look out for one another, challenge hazing, and never hesitate to step in when someone needs help.

Remember Gordie. Recognize the signs. Save a life. Make the call.
