Nice turnout for the War Bonnet lunch yesterday at Interurban in Edmond.

Be sure to join us for breakfast at historic Cattleman’s Steakhouse next Saturday, August 15th at 8:30am. Plenty of parking behind the building.

The War Bonnet and Cimarron joint drive from Pops Soda Ranch in Arcadia through the countryside to Royal Bavaria in Moore was spectacular! Big shout out to our PCA Zone 5 Rep Wendy Shoffit and her husband James for coming up from Dallas to drive with us. It felt hot enough to melt a pop bottle but that didn’t keep the smiles off our faces.

Make sure to come out to Porsche Oklahoma City next Saturday 10:00am-Noon for the unveiling of their Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge car.

Monthly club breakfast met at The Big Biscuit today. Always great to see everyone.

Don’t forget to sign up for next week’s short drive with the CimarronRegionPorscheClub from Pops Soda Ranch to Royal Bavaria for dinner. EVERYONE NEEDS TO PRE-REGISTER so we have the correct headcount and insurance waiver.

You just never know what special cars will show up for Motors in the Morning Porsche Oklahoma City or the War Bonnet lunch at Rudy's Bar-B-Q . Last month it was a Singer Porsche. This month it was a Bugatti and a ‘58 Porsche 356 Speedster.

Reminder: Porsche OKC is hosting a special Motors in the Morning Saturday, August 1st, where they will be unveiling their Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge Car. Join them in celebrating their hard work from 10:00 PM - 12:00 PM. Starting time is later than normal to not compete with other car events that morning. Porsche OKC is sponsoring a lunch food truck so be sure to stop by and check it out! This is not a War Bonnet event.
