Please join us in celebrating the life of David Allyn Drake. On Saturday, Sept 5, 1 pm-4pm at the KC Hall (1320 N. Dye Street, Virden, IL). David passed away at his home on Sunday, August 30.
David worked alongside his father, Daniel Drake, at D & D Service Center in Girard, providing skilled on-site repairs for agricultural equipment, rubber tracks, and construction tires statewide. Fast, professional, and endlessly personable, David made lifelong friends wherever he went.
We invite everyone to come, connect, and share your favorite memories of David.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Iron Sleds, Nilwood IL David had a big heart for kids and enjoyed participating in the Sleds work to provide for children in our area.
Other donations can be made to Girard Fire and Rescue in Girard IL
