The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) was at the to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station this weekend to meet with traditional reservists and share information about career opportunities with NFTA.

NIMAC is especially thankful for the NFTA’s continued partnership and for its standing seat on the NIMAC Board, ensuring NFTA will always have a voice at the table in support of NFARS and our military community.

Thank you and congratulations to NIMAC Vice Chairwoman, Candyce Vana Ingwersen and the Niagara County Bar Association for another successful Attorney Boot Camp held May 21, 2026, at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

The event brought together legal professionals, veterans advocates, and military partners for an outstanding day of education and discussion focused on supporting service members and veterans. Topics included Veterans Treatment Courts, housing issues, VA benefits, ESGR resources, and military community support services.

Thank you to all presenters, attendees, and partners who helped make this important program possible and for your continued commitment to those who serve.

At the heart of the mission of the Niagara Military Affairs Council is supporting the men and women of the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station who serve our nation and strengthen our community every day.

Many of our service members are also police officers, firefighters, teachers, airline pilots, coaches, and community leaders — before, during, and after their military service.

NIMAC ANNUAL MEETING
June 3, 2026, at 8:30 AM
Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Heritage Center

To attend, you must:
- Be current with your MEMBERSHIP DUES
- REGISTER by emailing [email protected]
(registration closes May 27)

Additionally, if you lack a military ID, you must be a US Citizen and provide your enhanced driver's license number and date of birth upon registration via email.
