🎬✨ Day 5 of Friendship Circle Summer Camp was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week! 💙

Today we headed to the movies to see Toy Story 5 🍿, then spent time at Irvine Spectrum enjoying lunch, shopping 🛍️, and a fun scavenger hunt together! 🕵️‍♀️🎉

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers ❤️ for their compassion, patience, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout camp. You helped make this week unforgettable for every buddy and family. We are so grateful for each of you and look forward to seeing your kindness and friendship continue to shine at future Friendship Circle events! ✨🤗

🌊☀️ Days 3 & 4 of Friendship Circle Summer Camp were full of adventure and fun!

Day 3 took us to the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, where we learned about marine mammals, made plant impressions, and even got to touch starfish! ⭐️🐚 We wrapped up the day at Baby Beach, enjoying the sand and splashing in the water. 🏖️🌊

Today, Day 4, we headed to Castle Park and had an amazing time riding the rides 🎢 and cooling off in the water park! 💦🎠

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers 💙. Your attentiveness, empathy, diligence, and genuine care make this camp experience so special for every buddy. We are so grateful for all that you do! ✨

🌿🦁 Day 2 of Friendship Circle Summer Camp: Jungle Jamboree! 🦎☀️

Today was packed with fun! We enjoyed bounce houses, scavenger hunts, a visit from Newport Beach Fire Station 7 🚒, an exciting reptile show 🐍, a water balloon fight 💦, a watermelon eating contest 🍉, and slushies to end the day! 🥤

A special thank you to our incredible volunteers 💙 who help make every buddy feel included, supported, and encouraged to try new things. We are so grateful for all that you do! ✨

Day 1 of Friendship Circle Summer Camp 2026☀️🚜 We had an amazing time at Tanaka Farms! Our Buddies enjoyed a tractor ride through the farm, picking our own lettuce 🥬 and strawberries 🍓. We also visited some friendly barnyard animals 🐐! So many smiles and fun memories already!

Our talented chefs wrapped up the Culinary Academy with a special End-of-Year Celebration, preparing a delicious dinner for their families featuring Amba Chicken with Rice, Fattoush Salad, and Peach Crumble. The evening was filled with pride as participants shared their culinary creations, enjoyed dinner with loved ones, and celebrated a year of hard work and achievement. Each chef received a Certificate of Completion, a 2025–2026 Cooking Club Cookbook featuring 50 recipes and photo memories from the year, and kitchen tools to continue building their skills at home. What an incredible way to wrap up our year! ☀️🏊‍♂️ Last week we had the best time at our Young Adult Circle pool party, making our own pizzas, 🍕 and topping it all off with ice cream. So many laughs, great memories, and well deserved fun together 💙

A very special thank you to our amazing hosts, Sam and Audrey, for opening their home to us year after year for over 10 years!🏡 We are so grateful!

On Sunday, we had the BEST time watching Sheep Detectives 🎬🐑 It was full of laughter, smiles, and so much fun 😄💙 Everyone absolutely loved it! Huge thank you to the Hyundai team for making this incredible day possible 🙌✨

Our talented Mixed Media Arts students wrapped up the year with a creative final class, exploring metal embossing, a new medium for them. They used a variety of materials to create colorful sunset scenes on metal and were excited to learn a new artistic technique. To celebrate a wonderful year of creativity and growth, we presented our amazing art teacher, Lisa Albert, with a commemorative photo book featuring highlights from every class from October 2025 through May 2026. We are incredibly grateful for Lisa’s dedication, talent, and the joy she brings to our Friendship Circle participants.

Our talented chefs-in-training created another delicious meal in the Culinary Academy. The menu featured Turkey Pita Smashburgers topped with a fresh Tahini Salad, followed by warm PB&J Thumbprint Cookies for dessert. Throughout the class, the students continued building important culinary and life skills, including measuring with fractions, scaling recipes, learning new cooking terms, practicing safe knife skills, and carefully following step-by-step directions. We always enjoy ending each session with a community dinner together, where everyone shares conversation and their favorite parts of the meal.
