Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) is a celebration to remember family and friends who have passed away. The campus will have several events for students and faculty to participate. The traditions run deep in our community and there are many oportunities here to commemorate and celebrate our loved ones as well.
On a sad note, the University offers its condolences and prayers following the death of Dolores Huerta, a champion of human rights. Dolores visited the Notre Dame campus as a special guest of the Institute for Latino Studies' Transformative Latino Leadership Lecture Series
