• Discipline; Attention to detail is critical. Practice, drills, running routes, learning blocking
assignments, proper tackling technique, and ex*****on all demand close attention to detail.
• Work Ethic; Repeating drills, running plays, showing up to the game after a tough loss and trying
again is all about work ethic. Preparing and training and winning football games all take work and it
is equally hard to lose. We are preparing the foundation of strong work ethic for kids that will help
them win and lose throughout their lives.
• Building well rounded and resilient kids in our community
