Our mission is to improve the quality life through exercise & wellness programs for child cancer survivors & their families. is a non-profit organization offering FREE exercise and wellness programs, including nutrition education/instruction, emotional supports and much more, serving childhood cancer survivors throughout Southern CA. is to improve the quality of life for child cancer survivors and their families by alleviating the long term effects of pediatric cancer treatment through:

The only of its kind on the West Coast, our non-profit has served over 500 families since 2012. Our founders, Robb & Elle Bolton are both cancer survivors and have developed unique, one of a kind programs, impacting the lives of many.

🎤💛 Charity Karaoke means so much to our family because we’ve seen firsthand the difference it makes for grassroots nonprofits like Cancer Fit.

Over the past two years, Cancer Fit made history at this event—winning the most money and receiving the most virtual votes! Those incredible wins were made possible by our amazing team, our generous supporters, my husband Robb’s whole heart and passion for our Cancer Fit kids and everyone supporting this annual event. We are so grateful to everyone who voted, donated, and cheered us on! 💛

Although Robb had to withdraw from this year’s competition to focus on his health, I wanted to honor his love for this event and the community it brings together.

My little business, Faithfully Fit Coaching, has been so blessed. And as we say at Newbury Park First Christian Church, “We are blessed to be a blessing.” With that spirit, I donated $1,000 on behalf of Faithfully Fit Coaching to the Community Fund to support all 20 participating organizations.

Congratulations to all the amazing organizations that participated last night! Your heart, dedication, and commitment to our community deserve to be celebrated. 👏🏽

We are celebrating BIG over here! Remi’s latest scans last month showed no evidence of disease (NED), and she continues to move forward cancer free. What an incredible reminder of hope, strength, and answered prayers. 🎉✨

The journey hasn’t been simple — it’s taken courage, resilience, and more strength than most will ever see. Through every high and low, Remi has carried herself with a light that shines so brightly. She reminds us all what it looks like to face hard things with bravery and heart.

This moment feels joyful, hopeful, and so well‑earned. We are beyond proud of you, Remi, and so grateful to celebrate this chapter alongside you.

Our hearts are so full sharing this amazing update — on May 22nd, Mila had her port removed! 🎉✨

After being diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, Mila faced treatment with bravery beyond her years. She completed chemotherapy at the end of 2025 and also underwent proton therapy as part of her fight. Every step of the way, she has shown resilience, strength, and determination that continue to inspire us all.
Having her port removed is more than a medical procedure — it’s a powerful milestone that represents healing, progress, and hope for what’s ahead.
Mila and her family embody courage and perseverance, and we are honored to walk alongside them on this journey.

🌟 June is National Cancer Survivors Month 🌟

This month, we honor the strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit of cancer survivors everywhere. 💜

At Cancer Fit, survivorship isn’t just something we talk about — it’s personal.

💡 Did you know? Our Co-Founders, Robb & Elle Bolton, have both been cancer survivors since 2009.
Between the two of them, they have faced cancer six times.
Elle has survived:
✨ Cervical Cancer
✨ CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia) — three times
Robb has survived:
✨ Thyroid Cancer
✨ Lung Cancer

Their journey is proof that strength isn’t about never being knocked down — it’s about getting back up, again and again.

Cancer does not discriminate. It does not care about your age, size, background, or lifestyle. It can impact anyone.

That’s why movement matters. Nutrition matters. Community matters.
At Cancer Fit, we proudly participate in research studies, and our programs are research- and evidence-based — designed to create sustainable, healthy lifestyles for survivors of all ages. 💪

Survivorship is about more than getting through treatment. It’s about rebuilding strength, restoring confidence, and thriving beyond diagnosis.

A Memorial Fund has been established to support Zelaya’s family for Celebration of Life expenses and living costs for her mom and sisters in the months ahead as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.

100% of funds will go directly to support her family.

At just 16 years old, Zelaya had already faced more than most do in a lifetime. She was first diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 2 and received a life‑saving bone marrow transplant. Nearly eight years later, she was diagnosed with a secondary cancer—an aggressive brain tumor (glioma). Through every treatment, Zelaya carried a beautiful smile and was always more concerned about her sisters and loved ones, making sure we were all okay—even on her hardest days.

Thank you for surrounding Z’s family with love, strength, prayers and support. 💛✨
