Are you ready?! HWR25 is only a week away!
Need-to-know DETAILS below:

Apparel-
Orders have been placed, the extras are listed on our website and will be brought to the event.
First come, first served (we will not be placing an additional order) so order online or show up to the event table at the Ride to grab yours.

BBQ Dinner-
Keep the orders coming! I'll be giving them our final numbers a couple days before the event and we will have some extra tickets on hand so be sure to buy those online ASAP!
If you have friends coming, that may not know they need to buy a dinner ticket please let them know. Www.holderwide.org

Dont forget to bring carrots or apple to feed the Horses and Burros! The horses are kind of shy but the burros will eat 'em up!

🎉 🎓Congratulations Dane Kortz on graduating with your 2025 Class!! 🎓🎉
What a huge accomplishment it is for Dane to have graduated Ventura High School alongside his classmates!

After sustaining a spinal cord injury in 2022, Dane not only missed four months of his sophomore year but also missed an additional month his junior year after having complications with his recovery.

It's been a huge challenge to stay on track and get caught up with his requirements while also dealing with all the new physical challenges that come with his injury. We couldn't be more proud of you, Dane for your positive attitude and all you've accomplished! You were determined to meet this milestone and your perseverance and hard work has paid off!
You're a fine man of character and we know that whatever you set as your goal, you will work your hardest to accomplish it.

What a joy it is to see these photos of Dane with his classmates as he leads the graduation conga line while they rally around him celebrating their accomplishments together. 💜

Dane is currently working at a temporary administrative position and will be looking for new opportunities soon!

We had such a great night meeting with our 2024 recipient Talon and his family to present them with the proceeds from Holderwide Ride 2024. They are so thankful for everyone's prayers and the overwhelming support of our Holderwide community.
Talon has undergone one round of stem cell therapy a couple weeks ago and has some other treatments coming up this week.
Talon is working hard at rehab and has made some good progress since the Ride. He is walking much better but still does need assistance. His speech is also improving and some memory function is getting better as well.

We are so grateful to all of you who have partnered with us as we "Overcome Evil with Good" in Blake and Jake's names. Whether you have donated, attended, or helped with the event... we are incredibly thankful for your partnership in supporting others as we keep the memory of the boys alive.

We ask that you keep Talon and all of our previous recipients in your prayers as they continue to work towards healing.

Wow! What an awesome turnout we had at Holderwide Ride '24! Thank you to everyone who helped make this event happen and to everyone who supported Talon. Our hearts are filled to overflowing with the outpouring of love for Blake & Jake and our families. 💜

Your support encourages us that the pain of our loss isn't in vain as each one of you helps us "Overcome Evil With Good" in memory of the boys.
