MVP Sports Draft Program

MVP Sports Draft Program The MVP Sports Draft is a free program offered by Cancer Fit, Inc. as part of our organizational objective of cancer survivor active lifestyle promotion.

The purpose of this program is to match childhood cancer survivors residing in Southern California with a high school or college sports team for a season. Participants in the MVP Sports Draft may come from a variety of backgrounds however they all share the fact that they are battling or have recently battled cancer. This special program creates a win-win opportunity as the teams provide the child

ren with friendship, support and a positive outlet during their battle with cancer or during the road to recovery. This interaction greatly improves the quality of life for the childhood cancer survivor. The teams benefit as they receive impactful and often lasting relationships with the child and their families while also helping to build awareness about pediatric cancer within their community.
