For Queensbridge residents, being heard is long overdue.

“NYCHA in Your Neighborhood” will bring NYCHA senior leadership directly into communities across all five boroughs, creating a space for residents to speak directly with decision-makers about the conditions affecting their homes and families.

As someone raised in Queensbridge and who has spent decades serving this community, Bishop Mitchell G. Taylor knows residents aren’t looking for another forum—they’re looking for responsiveness, accountability, and results.

Bringing leadership closer to the people they serve is an important step toward rebuilding trust and turning residents’ lived experiences into meaningful action.
