Representing New York as the Grand Representative of Delaware, I set off with Sister Stephanie full of nerves, but we instantly found family at the Atlantic Sands Hotel. Throughout our sessions—beautifully themed around the Hundred Acre Wood—the deep bonds of our sisterhood truly came alive. I was deeply moved by the vulnerability of my counterpart, Sister Henrietta, and the timeless, youthful energy of 98-year-old Sister Ethelene, who proved that a life dedicated to hospitality keeps your soul young. We returned home with lifelong pen pals and a beautiful reminder that our family spans far beyond our borders, and I cannot wait to return in May 2027.
