Suncoast Seals

We were having some fun last night supporting our fellow club member Scott Morris while he was entertaining the place. When you can't get out on the water you still can party, hangout and have a good time.

We had our annual club bourbon open tournament today. Its always a good time when the club gets together and has some fun. This year Greg Fenton took first place. Followed by Alex Pavlick in second. Then Joe Brown coming in third. Nothing beats a little competition between club members and the bragging rights that follows.

We want to personally thank the Suncoast Seals and The Southern Open for providing our club with $1000 for future training and dives for the Suncoast Scuba Rangers. We can’t wait to compete next year at the southern open!

Today we had a great turnout at the intro to spearfishing class at Divers Direct. Big thanks to the fello Suncoast Seals members, Death From Above Spearguns and Tampa Bay Spearfishing Challenge for helping us put it on. We all had a lot of fun talking shop with spearos. The only way to grow the sport we all love is to get out there and help people with their questions and helping them get intouch with people that they can go spearfishing with. Big thanks again to Divers Direct for putting this on and the club members that took time out of their day to help.
